On-site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is located at 12200 West Olympic Boulevard in  Suite 200. The team is available from 8 am to 6 pm on Monday – Friday to assist with any questions or concerns.

Secure Bike Room

A secured bike room is located in the 12200 parking garage on the P2 level in the northwest corner.  The room includes bike pumps and other useful tools for standard bike repairs. For tenants and Icon Fit members that would like access, please fill out the Bike Storage Area Registration Form and send to mavalos@spplus.com.

2 Level Parking Garage

Westside Media Center provides a public parking garage that offers EV charging stations.  For any inquiries about daily or monthly rates, please contact parking manager, Monica Avalos, at 310.826.2641.

Security

Building Security is provided by Allied Universal and the building offers 24/7 security coverage.
